Well, I thought I was done nesting...

Yesterday I woke up feeling like a super hero.  My eyes popped open at 6am and my mind was filled with a to do list of things I could accomplish including shopping, cooking more freezer meals even though I am really supposed to be finished, making fresh fruit and yogurt smoothies, cleaning the fridge, learning a second language before baby comes...  I mean it was just that comical.

In the afternoon, I was swimming laps at the Y and I felt like my body was gliding through the water with great ease.  I did lap after lap without feeling breathless and I found myself saying to myself, "You are a great swimmer.  You've really found the place for yourself.  You were made for the water."  Then, I sort of snapped out of it and thought, "What the heck is going on"  !

I was still on a high after my swim, though, and at Walmart, and elderly lady was asking me questions about the baby and then she looks at me with this sweet awe in her eyes and says, "You look so beautiful.  You do."  She touched her face and said, "I mean your face!"  Of course, I was flattered and said thank you and told her how excited I am.  I left Walmart even higher than before and feeling like I could conquer the world.

On my way home, I realized there must be some sort of hormonal changes going on.  Alas, my super human strength did not return to me today, although, I am still working on the list I created yesterday.  OH-our cloth diapers came yesterday, too, so I'm prepping them today as well.  But, I am going to have a little break here in a few minutes!

Haha.  Thanks for reading!

How exciting! I love days like that!

And can I say ... your pics ARE beautiful! You must feel on top of the world being so healthfully pregnant and so far along.

It won't be long now!

Thanks for continuing to share this journey with me.

Hugs,
Polly
